These guidelines are in place to respect time, maintain a smooth schedule, and ensure the best possible experience for every client. ⸻ ⭐ Appointment Request & Approval All appointments are considered requests until reviewed and approved. • Appointments are not confirmed until you receive an approval notification • Please do not arrive unless your appointment has been approved • Unapproved appointments will not be serviced ⸻ 💳 Payments & Deposits A deposit is required to secure all standard service appointments. • Deposits are nonrefundable • Deposits are applied toward your total service • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received ✨ Legacy Client Exception Approved legacy clients may book select services without a deposit. • Legacy pricing and benefits are by approval only • Any non-legacy client booking a legacy service will be adjusted to standard pricing and deposit requirements ⸻ 🔒 Legacy Client Services Legacy Client Specials are reserved for approved returning clients only. • These services require stylist approval before confirmation • If booked without approval, the appointment will be modified or declined • This ensures fairness and availability for long-term clients ⸻ ⏰ Late Arrivals • A 10-minute grace period is allowed • After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will apply • Excessive lateness may result in a shortened or rescheduled service ⸻ 📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required • Late cancellations (under 24 hours) will result in a 30% fee • Deposits will transfer with proper notice No-Call / No-Show Clients who fail to show without notice may be restricted from future bookings ⸻ ⏳ After-Hours Appointments Appointments outside of business hours are available by request only. • A $50 after-hours fee applies • Must contact me directly to book ⸻ 🚫 Additional Guests To maintain a calm and professional environment: • No additional guests unless approved in advance ⸻ ✨ Final Note At DA Hair Artistry, I strive to provide not only beautiful results, but a respectful and enjoyable experience for every client.
